Overall, easy purchase, but took forever for them to send this. As it was a custom unit watch, I knew there was going to be a long period of time before the watch was shipped, but was there was very little communication about the status and progress the watch was in, and practically no communication on delays. These were promised by late spring at the time of purchase, and I only received mine at the middle of August.
