When I inquired where my item was, I was informed that particular scent was no longer available, and I should choose a different scent. Why wasn’t that notification made BEFORE taking money from my account?! I still haven’t received an answer, and you still have my money.😡

The shopping part is good, however this is the second time I’ve had shipping problems with you, I purchased a box of detergent in the latter part of last year, it NEVER was shipped, I asked for my money to be returned, this time, I ordered for my mother, it was over a week and it wasn’t shipped yet, I inquired, I was told the scent I ordered was no longer available, however it was still on the website, this is frustrating, I have ordered a different scent, still waiting for shipment.

The shipping date can be moved back if it turns out you don't need more for a while but since the amount of space they take up is negligible not such a big deal. I pushed back the shipping date and then started running out. It was easy to move the date forward and get a new shipment in the mail in just a few days. Easy peasey.
