I did not receive any correspondence after my order to let me know that the lavender scent was not available. I kept getting emails to review the product which I had never received after 1 weeks. I called though, and the problem was taken care of immediately. Customer service was very nice to deal with.

Our local big box store doesn't carry laundry sheets. Other towns with this same store do, so having my laundry sheets delivered is super!!
