At first the different scents weren't showing up, which is odd since I had purchased the lavender prior to this order. Eventually, had to go back to home, select laundry and then got to the different fragrances.

My first order was delayed by weeks and I was told via email that it was delivered to me, but it was not delivered. Your team sent me a replacement order at no cost to me which was very nice.

I have a subscription every three months, so I don't have to worry about ordering or running out. If 3 months is too soon, I can extend it any time I want to.

Very easy buying process. I love how it's easy to delay and order or get one faster. I always get a reminder email saying my next order will be shipping soon. With plenty of time to make adjustments if needed. If you do say to delay you dont get penalized like some other brands.

Order was received quickly.

Slightly disappointed that Ocean Breeze is not available. I liked the fresh scent.

Easy to order but needs better shipping to protect packages. It came in an envelope and several of the packages were torn

I ordered them online and shipping was very fast. I was also given a discount as a first time shopper which saved me money and shipping was free so no extra money sent for shipping. The pricing is very reasonable which is important in these "everything is overpriced" days.

I have been getting reminder emails and when I explained how little detergent I use they stopped for a year and I just reordered, so hint, hint contact me in about 5 years!

Shipping takes forever.
