Never had any problems. Website is clear and easy to navigate.

I got two orders within days of each other. I'll need to manage my account.

Think my last orders were mixed up. Got 2 laundry orders almost back to back. 1 I think should of been for my dishwasher.

So easy. I get notified before my order is ready to ship.

My favorite fragrances have been discontinued but they still show up and I was allowed to order them and didn’t realize this until I asked where my order was!

The cardboard box of sheets was mangled on my last purchase and they are graciously sending me a complimentary box even though the actual product was not damaged. Great customer service!

They discontinued the scent on my subscription and didn't let me know until I contacted them. I wasn't happy with that. You can't talk to a person in customer support that's another minus.
