Scam

The company seems to be great.

Did not receive order! Company refused to refund me! Order was supposed to be shipped and received by a certain date and it was not. I moved and order was shipped after I had already moved. Reached out to company and they told me to contact current residents/occupants of old home. Horrible customer service! Do not buy from this company!

I placed a small order but after including my payment information the amount was raised and I noted that a blanket and other items I didn’t order were somehow added. I immediately sent a message and was told nothing could be done until after I received the items. I haven’t requested anything be done due to the response I received when I initially contacted them.

Delivery was late however pawlax was very helpful

Consider that I paid extra for Express post and it took a month to fill the order, the bullshit story at the start when they told me they were in plainland just the other day with our dog

This was a scam to get money. I never got my free gift and the blanket that was supposed to be $25 was at most $3. It was this tiny little thing, not even twelve inches long!

Despite paying for express handling it took 3 weeks for my order to be shipped. It then took another week to arrive. When I received my order, one of the free collars was missing. Overall a very disappointing experience. To top it off, the anti-stress blanket was the size of a small hand towel and the collars don’t work!

Easy to order and kept up to date about the order along the way

I do think that an extra loop should be added to the collar for smaller dogs. I have a chi mix and I had to use a bread tie so that I don't have to cut some length off.

My shopping experience was very good, ordered what I needed and received what I’ve wanted and loved everything thanks so much

Virtually no communication about where and when my order was coming

As soon as my partial order arrived I made contact to advise of an incomplete order being sent to me, I received no contact back. But then keep getting emails to rate and provide a review! Poor form all around.

Told way too long to arrive

It was terrible. Apparently sent and delivered to the wrong address and customer service not willing to do anything. Would not recommend this company at all!!
