I agreed to one charge for one product, and you "updated" my order with no approval on my end to a different product that I can't even use and opted me into autopay, per PayPal. I decided to try the product for $18 and am now out more than $60, and I can't even use the product ("premium" version has flea and tick medication, which my dog is already on). I contacted customer service to cancel before the item shipped but was told it was too late. Item didn't arrive for weeks. I can't use it.
