Problème dans la livraison avec le transporteur GLS. Aucun avis de passage laissé ni de coup de tel. Ce n’est qu’un e-mail reçu le vendredi pour nous informer de la remise en point de retrait. Et le lundi, le colis était déjà reparti chez Poker Merchant en Autriche. Depuis, mes emails envoyés en francais et en allemand restent sans réponse depuis plus de 10j!! Alors oui je suis déçue du service client qui reste totalement silencieux et j’aimerais être remboursée de ma commande à 170€!!!
