Felt betrayed and lost money for buying things that they did not have in stock although it was not mentioned and as dropshipping parter they are lost around 200 euros euros for the same items i could have gotten from the origin store. Aswell the shippment wasnt free although the origin store it does have it. The chips were good tho.

Customer service is a challenge. If you receive what you order then it’s an easy 5 star no hassle experience, as you don’t have to do anything other than order and wait. If anything goes wrong, be prepared for a long dragged-out process of emails and messages and waiting for long production times. I would recommend that you order with a credit card or any method with payment protection. The only way I was able to get the customer service to respond was to threaten them by making a claim.
