Only concern was it wouldn’t ship to Portugal. I had it sent to family in the UK and picked it up there. Not really an issue as I make frequent trips up there.

My experience with Bread & Butter Pickleball Company was excellent. Although one item was accidentally left out of my original order, their customer service was outstanding. They replied quickly, apologized, and shipped the missing item almost immediately with no hassle. Their communication was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout. Mistakes happen, but the way they resolved it showed they genuinely care about their customers. I would happily order from them again.
