Our shipment got lost but no one realized because the shipment said it was rejected as opposed to lost. Taryna was persistent with the shipping company who had basically shrugged us all off; she managed to get everything sorted and expedited a new shipment for us as well as compensated us for the inconvenience. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service; they really stand behind their products and go above and beyond for their customers.
