Just before Christmas my order delivery was delayed (it eventually arrived). I contacted customer service and had a very nice AI response (which is fine). I was contacted again by a more surly human customer service (suggest you get AI to train them) to ask me to confirm my address so the could resend it (why? I have an account - if you are going to send it, why not just send it). It was annoying. Anyway - it didn’t exactly put me off using Dirtea but left a bad taste.
