I placed a one-off order and, without clearly realising it, was signed up to a monthly subscription for a product I never asked for. I was then charged and sent an item I did not order.
I contacted customer support immediately after receiving the shipping confirmation email, and I was told that I could simply return the product. What they failed to mention was that I would have to pay the return postage myself. As a result, I had to pay £4 to send back an item I never ordered in the first place
