There is NO phone number to call you. Poor... When I went on line, I did request a call back and in 1 hour received a call. The person was NOT kind and when I did not understand what he was saying he just repeated his SAME words... HELP us customers. Provide good instructions and or links to web instructions. Provide guides and clarifications of USB-C USB Lighting, etc.
