We started off with another brand for about half the money. It broke 4 days after we got it. Our dogs(2 Vizslas 1 Shih Tzu) love it. My reccomendations would be 1. Get two batteries. 2. Get a few extra pulleys. 3. If they could make the speed/ direction slider just a little bigger in the app it would be great. Since we have different sized dogs adjusting the speed down can be tricky.

My issue is with the pounce kit on the main pulley hub. There is a white rubber band that goes around the main pulley and it split which affects the pulley system. I have a large yellow rubber band around it, but that's not as efficient either. It requires constant adjustment . The pounce system itself works fine. You just have to be very precise with the tying of the string. Overall, it does keep my cats entertained. Add replacement white rubber band & colorful flags to the store please!
