took a longtime to come which happens but I think it took more than 2 months to come, then there was delays of course, missing parts & what nots, The customer service was really polite even though regretably I was not and they did offer to give me a full refund but I fiqured i waited months a couple more wouldnt hurt. U can tell its ok quality as far as plastic goes, the stakes r not that good, the shaft can bend easily if not soft ground and there r other things wrong but not worth $400

I want sure how much string was in the original kit. If I had known I probably wouldn't have bought the extra. But everything arrived quickly, in excellent condition and with good instructions.
We have issues with keeping the pulleys secure on the wood flooring, but currently solved the issue with weights.

My dog loves it which is all that matters, but I have to take off one star for the reasons I previously mentioned. I also feel like at its price, a controller should be included, as this would give me much less input delay and allow me to reverse the direction of the lure before my dog could catch it.
