Good communication and great product!

My re-order took a little longer than I’d hoped but I understood that by ordering during the Christmas rush there was going to be a delay

I wish there was a feature to save your progress on a custom order instead of needing to do it all at once. Also a having the pictures of your customizations being present at check out, like it shows when you're adding the pictures would be nice. There was part of my brain that was scared that it didn't save the photos or something when I finalized my purchase because the pictures weren't shown. Also, it would be awesome not to get emails about buying priority processing when I already purchased it, I know that it says I can ignore if I bought it already, but it seems to communicate that you guys aren't keeping track of that and makes me suspicious that it doesn't actually do anything.

They do not honor their shipping times, and priority processing is a huge waste of money. I was charged double for priority processing, and the item that I purchased took approximately three times as long as the timelines listed when I made the purchase. This was a Christmas gift, so they totally dropped the ball on that, as I didn’t receive it until mid January.

The input of songs and artists is pretty clunky, but everything else was easy!

Website kept glitching, not easy to navigate

Incredibly slow and required me to send multiple follow up emails.

I paid for express handling, and it still took almost 4 weeks for it to even be shipped. I reached out to the customer service and got no reply. It did not make it in time to be given as a gift. The product is great. However, the customer service is lacking, and the processing time takes forever. I would have continued to repurchase these records; however, after this issue, I will not be.

Absolutely horrible. They said order now to receive by Christmas, and that's what I did. I ordered on Black Friday. Their customer service was horrible, could never tell me when it would arrive. Finally, they said it would be after Christmas. So then, I had to contact them to change my address, as I would not be at the Christmas address, AND I had no gift for my husband, our first Christmas as husband and wife. I didn't receive the product until NYE. When I finally played it? The quality is HORRIBLE. It sounds so low, empty, and hallow. SO much money for this, and it sounds like crap. I played many of my other records to prove I wasn't crazy. The quality is TRASH. And the photos?? Blurry. These are high quality photos from my wedding photographer. And, one of the songs doesn't play for a solid 30 seconds but there is a horrible scratchy noise. What a waste of money and horrible gift.

Product is very good. The album cover is great. The only disappointing part is how long it took to receive. 25 business days is too long. It was Christmas time. I will probably order again but not during a holiday season and see how long it takes.

I’m honestly surprised I actually got the record at all. It took an entire month to get it even after I got priority processing. I had received an email saying that I should expect it from 2-6 business days but it took at least 4 weeks and I had to let my credit card company involved.

My record didn’t ship for over a month, despite the fact I paid for priority processing. However, it is good quality. Both the cover art and the sound are clear.

No one was able to give me an estimate for when it would arrive. I waited for over a month without having any idea how much longer I’d be waiting.

The team was so responsive and took great care of all my concerns. I am so appreciative.

Easy to follow layout but I do not feel it was worth using express shipping/processing since I received my item a month later than expected.
