Fantastic!

You billed me for priority processing three times. Still took a month to receive the product. Never did get refunded the extra charges.

I had questions during my shopping experience that I wish I could just call a customer rep to get help in submitting files for the process.

The pressure for express processing purchases for the item to still take 6 weeks for delivery was ridiculous.

They reached out immediately when they had questions about my pictures and the songs that I chose was very and very helpful with any questions I had customer service was top-notch

Vinyl looks exactly how I ordered it, haven’t tested it out on a record player yet so cannot attest to the quality but it looks great otherwise. I thought the priority processing was advertised a little falsely and customer service did respond to one of my many emails but did not receive very helpful information. Item arrived approx 34 business days after I ordered it so not really sure what I paid the extra priority processing fee for.

Potential Scam Note this is my experience and not necessarily everyone's but thought I should warn people from using this website. Package never arrived after I spent $200 on a record that had priority process and expedited shipping. Took them two weeks to allegedly start processing my vinyl and then another two weeks before they shipped it out. The package never arrived and they refused any sort of compensation, no refund, no replacement, nothing. To process a replacement they said I needed to have purchased insurance, which would be fair if they actually offered this as a purchase option. At the time of my purchase at the very least, it was not. They had customer service representatives that I did talk with but were not helpful, more or less repeated to me what I could see on my tracking number. From my experience I would not recommend using this site.

Customer service was amazing even during Christmas which I’m sure was stressful and they were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had.

Paid extra for express processing to get in time for Christmas (ordered Dec 1) and it came after Christmas, despite several emails to the customer service team. And then upon arrival, the first - and most important - song is incorrect. The sound quality is only ok. The printing of the case is nice - very glossy

The ordering process was fine but the delivery took a month to be completed despite all the requests/payments to expedite it.

It's a cool idea but the execution was far from optimal. First, it took a month to get it. I received probably 10 emails offering to speed up the process for a fee. I didn't pay to expedite the order because I ordered it in plenty of time to receive it by Christmas (a month). But this company was apparently shocked that more orders came in at Christmas time so their production schedule went way long. They did manage to get it done before Christmas; the 20th in fact. But they decided to ship it Media Mail to save themselves a few dollars. So, of course, it arrived several days after Christmas. The second problem is with the product itself. The sound is so quiet that I have to crank the stereo volume to the max and can still only hear it at low volume. I was offered better sound quality for a fee. I declined because I'm not an audiophile and felt like that would be wasted on me. I do not know if paying extra will result in getting sound worth listening to and in a reasonable amount of time. But I do know that if you don't pay extra, you get crap sound weeks later than promised. I also know that I contacted the company a week before Christmas to inquire why it was taking so long and was told that they had an unexpected increase in sales and production was behind. So they knew they were going to be late for Christmas and still chose to save a few dollars by using the slowest possible shipping method. That is a company that does not care about its customers. Apparently all their effort goes into optimizing their marketing for revenue generation and very little into the product itself.
