False advertisement the product that you show online is not the product that you get when you buy it and you don’t get all of the items when you check out

I was signed up for a $40 membership I wasn't even aware of and never used. They will not refund me for something I didn't even sign up for. Highly scammy company.

The ordering and delivery part was ok but quality was not as it broke after one day of use.

Sneaky adding a membership that auto renews

Disgusted that you hide this in with the purchase of another item. I cancelled it same day as I was unknowingly charged and despite messages back and forth, the best I’ve been offered is a 60% refund. This is daylight robbery. I bought a tee popper, which I paid in full for and ended up being a plastic piece of junk. Then a few weeks later, copped another charge from some “free trial” subscription included in my order and the “free trial” (which was never used) was over. It was $57!!! FOR NOTHIN

You get nothing from the dugout membership a total waste of money!!!

Disappointed with the product turning up in a damaged box and also getting charged $70 a month for something I didn’t sign up for. No response after multiple emails for a refund and help

Items broke after a few uses and the support is a joke. Googling to figure out a solution is better than emailing the support team.

Very disappointed. The pictures of the product on the website were not the same as the product I received. The product was cheap and broke before we even got to use it, and the books that were supposed to be u voided in the package I paid for never came. Will not be ordering from Kynvale again.
