Monty subscription fee was not explained. Product broke

The product took several weeks to arrive. Once arrived, I got about 2 weeks of use out of the product before it broke to a point that I was unable to fix it. This was not user error, it's poor quality and design engineering. Very disappointed. I will be trying other products on the market to find a better quality tee popper.

You don’t stand by your products - terrible “customer service”. I’m sorry I bought anything from you.

Nothing good about it chep and took long to receive it

The popper was broken when it arrived. They also don’t tell you that they sign you up for a $40 a month subscription that goes on forever. Their customer service is horrendous and they refused to give me a refund for the broken popper. Do not engage with this company.

In the first 5 minutes of using it. My son hit it with his bat and smashed to pieces. I appreciate it’s not meant to be hit with a bat. But it is just made of the cheapest components and is not durable at all. A great concept and my some loved it for the 5 mins he played with it. For the price of it I would have expected it to be better made and more hard wearing. Instead it’s made as cheaply as possible.

Poorly made.

My general experience with Kynvale was terrible. After purchasing a tee popper as a gift for my son, the company charged my credit card without my consent for a subscription I never signed up for and never agreed to - in fact, I UNCHECKED the box for a free trial. After charging my card, I reached out to customer service multiple times. It took weeks to hear back, and when I finally did, they refused to provide a refund. Do not shop with this company - they are unethical.

Purchase was smooth, product seems a little lacklustre.

It’s been two weeks since I emailed questions, nobody’s ever gotten back to me.

Product came damaged, won't respond to any support requests so I have no recourse. Waste of money!!! Beware!! ALSO, they added “Dugout Club” for “free” and it turns out it’s $40 per month! Of course there was no information about it except for an email that said “welcome to Dugout Club”. Complete SCAM of a company!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Package box came bent up and disfigured. Disappointed in the product after 2 days the plastic inside all broke apart. Cheap and nasty.

Between the slow shipping, the product breaking, and some auto subscription that I have to unsubscribe to now, I am not happy.

I’ve somehow ended up with a $56/month subscription which I NEVER agreed to and there is no clear path to cancellation. Waiting to hear back from “support” “Unhappy customer” is an understatement.

Problems have not been resolved. There is no number to call, and emails take weeks to respond to.

Paid way more for something that was a cheaper cool baseball tee because of the membership! Not cool!

I get the poper two times… One broke the first time… The ball doesn’t go as high as i thought… The idea is great but the product need to be sharper… I am from montreal… With the ship and the price i am a bit disapointed…

They are not responsive. I’ve emailed multiple times and they’ve gotten back to me about product questions but when I ask about why I was billed a second time no one is getting back to me.

Our ball popper broke after an hour of use and I’ve emailed customer service 5 times and no one is responded. I would like a replacement. Order 29797.

False advertisement the product that you show online is not the product that you get when you buy it and you don’t get all of the items when you check out
