Gor charged for things I didnt want pr sign up for

It took a long time to receive. Then it stopped working after a day and a half.

Shipping time was really long. Overall quality of the device was less than what I anticipated. The tee popper broke after less than 100 swings.

Was charged $60 for a monthlysubscription that I was not informed of and was not provided access to. Product that came had different logo and information on it than what was advertised.

Fucking scam

Customer service was nonexistent still waiting on an answer to find out if they’re even going to refund my money I am a little league coach and I will not recommend this unit to any of my kids

The products seem decent quality and my boys have loved playing with them so far. The box was mashed to high heaven when it arrived though suggesting issues with shipping (not necessarily Kynvale's fault but the product isn't so robust it would survive numerous drops). The book thing just never arrived and the info on the Dug Out Club has not been forthcoming. Satisfactory overall and if the hardware range expanded I would probably look to buy again considering the price is very reasonable.

Terrible customer service. You are automatically subscribed to a monthly fee when you order the tee popper. Buyer beware.

The popper shipped directly from China and is very obviously poor quality. Definitely not worth the money paid

Simple enough to order, etc. but the product was straight garbage.

You signed me up for a recurring monthly fee without my knowledge and refused to refund the payment you took.

The popper broke after the second time my kids used it

They scam you into products you don’t even want and then charge you monthly while making it nearly impossible to cancel. The shipping is sketchy and slow I’d give zero stars if I could.

It was advertised as "Tee popper", which is by Bandit Sports. They used their videos, but sent a knockoff version drop shipped from China. Do not recommend. When it was taking so long, I looked into the shop site and saw all the negative reviews. All of the complaints there are exactly what happened.

Purchasing was easy and shipped fast. Product sucked and customer support seems none existent. I’ve never been responded to yet

The shipping time was long to get the original item. When we got it, it was defective. I tried to send it back and you only gave me a 60% refund. The other options were replacement which I didn’t want because your product sucks or a Store credit which I don’t want because I wouldn’t purchase anything from you again.

I don’t like how they automatically subscribe you to the Dugout online platform. By the time my order arrived, I already had to cancel the subscription to avoid paying monthly.

Took long to get it then it came broken….. junk!

Its so beurocratic. no phone number to call. It seemed from the ads that they were local and shipping was quick, but in actuality it took over a week to get here because of shipping from china. It is quite annoying at how difficult it is to get a refund or replacement at least.

Got charged $57 on top of the original purchase price for this after I purchased it for free. Reached out to Kynvale, 2 days ago and received no response yet. You can buy the same ball popper on Amazon for $22 Not impressed.
