Felt like a scam. I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription. I spent $100 on a tea popper that lasted one day. My kid hit it once accidentally with the plastic bat and it was broken.

Customer service was very accommodation!

The Tee Popper itself doesn't even say tee popper on it. You can buy off Temu for less.

Shipping took forever for a unit I can buy from Amazon seller for $10

The product is terrible

Not happy with auto renewal subscription of the Dugout Club or the lack of response from customer service.

Worst customer service ever. The customer service or sorry lack of with this company is beyond disappointing. I have emailed consistently with issues regarding never receiving anything for the dugout club on either orders I placed. Never received the coaching guide either. Continue to be ignored via email and then the subscription payment came out. Let’s remind everyone I knew NOTHING about this because although I emailed several times I still haven’t received anything in relation to the dugout club or the coaching guide. Emails claim to have a response time of 2-3 business days but just get completely ignored. But can continue to sending me emails asking for a review. It’s beyond a let down for a company to behave this way. Tee Popper is perfect and exactly what we ordered however have warned our very large circle to avoid ordering through this company and look elsewhere because the customer service is not worth it.

I wrote your about the products that broke and never heard back

Just a scam. Way over spend and receive a product that is the very cheaply made.

Garbage company

Terrible quality. Broke instantly. Impossible to get a proper response . Absolute garbage product and customer service

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY!!! They sent me an empty box! No response from scammers. Reported to Shopify and started the fraud process with my credit card. DO NOT BUY!!!

Keeps charging my credit card for no reason

They would not refund me even though I did not authorize the recurring charge.

I do not want things tacked on to my purchase without me seeking it out and adding it to my cart. WHAT A SCAM BUSINESS!

Deeply disappointed. My account was charged for the “dugout club” well before the 30 days, which goes against what the company originally said. Also, I had never heard and still have no idea what the dugout club is. I purchased the practise ball hitter one time and that’s it. Less than 3 weeks later I was charged $57. terrible business. I have given them a chance to correct this after several emails back and forth but they have failed to do so.

Why I sent a complaint in about you sending me the wrong thing box all crushed up. It’s not the unit I ordered could’ve got it a lot cheaper on Amazon and I still haven’t received the books yet for the mini couple months ago no problem with that

As stated in my previous review. I had an incorrect charge on my credit card and have attempted to contact Kynvale over the past 2 weeks and have not heard anything back. Due to this, I would not recommend purchasing from Kynvale.

Such a scam, charging me an extra charge for some kind of club. I received nothing other than the tee popper, which is all I wanted in the first place.

Confusing website and checkout process. I feel like the advertising was deceptive as the product I received seemed like the original that this website was promoting replacing.

Bad, cheap tee, no Coaches Handbook. A subscription for $40/ month until you figure out how to cancel. I got nothing for my subscription for the first month. I didn't even know I had. Canceled, avoid this scam.

Reasonably good communications and delivery process. Delivery of the online additions was not perfect.

Took too long to get customer service help

It was awful. The tee popper was not as described, the balls were not as pictured. And the dug out subscription is a waste especially because I was never told it was an automatic monthly subscription…..

Terrible customer service. Tee popper broke on first use. Could not initiate a return. Unauthorized charge on my credit card. Did not recieve the books that were suppose to come with my order.

Zero customer service to reverse charges of subscription that was bundled into their t-ball product. Watch out folks.
