Drop shipped from China. Took over a week to get it and no manual that was apparently included for free

Already stated my reasons in the previous message. Broken part from the company, incomplete order, and no support about what to do about recieving a broken item and incomplete order.

Charged me fraudulently for a subscription service when all I ordered was an overpriced tee popper and balls

You will not receive what is indicated in the pictures! I received a knocknoff if what i ordered! The free items were also not as shown in photos( coaching materials) When i explained this they said they would send me a replacement and it was the same knock off I received initially! Bad business!

Only half my order showed up

I was willing to forgive a sub par product and carry on with life until a new charge from your company appeared on my credit card for something I never agreed to sign up for. Complete fraud and unacceptable.

We have not yet heard back.from support after a week and multiple attempts on my end. Very disappointing we paid for something that would not last through a set of included balls but moreso, the lack of commitment on loox or kynvale's end to make things right. We would like a replacement or refund but at this point

I want to return the item but the process is not easy.

Not willing to give a refund for a subscription that I never received an activation for, was also given a shipping email stating that the playbook and dugout club was "ON ITS WAY". Smells like a scam to me.

Absolute junk. Straight from the plastic factory. Zero product effort. Packaging completely mangled too.

It broke after one use and stopped popping. It came mangled in the box.

The product is good but I never received the books that were supposed to come with it and the shipping was tearable. They just put the box in a plastic bag. When I opened it the box was completely crushed and produced just laying in the bag.
