My product broke the first use. I wrote to the support team. Still no answer 3 Days later

Zero communication after a faulty product.

The Tee received is not the tee that I ordered. Cheap imitation from China.

Misleading information and advertising

This is total trash. Customer service won’t respond. This is NOT what I ordered. Complete scam. The picture was a stolen picture and is not the product.

Crap customer service.

The product broke on first use, all items never arrived, and they charged me twice.

The experience was ok but it didnt seem to be a product that will hold up my son broke the popper first time using it.

You send a cheap version of the product that i order. please refund me or send me a reel tee popper not the temu version I paid for the reel stuff

I never give the highest rating, cause I feel there is room for improvement in anything. Needless to say, very excited about this product. For coming from overseas, it shipped & delivered pretty quickly.

Box was a little beat up, but I do not believe it was y’all’s fault.

You are too slow

Would like to speak with representative about getting a replacement for the product I spent $40 on and does not work! My son and I were both excited to use this and never even got a training opportunity with it.

Product was terrible and disappointing.

Shopping was ok just wasn’t made very good.

I have reached out to support on 3 separate occasions and have yet to receive a reply.

you are a fraud. you use another companies video to trick people into what they think you are selling then you send them a fake knock off. you are a fraud

Customer service is not responding to email requests

No communication, sub par performance on the item

False advertising of products. Popper, balls and packaging are all of cheaper quality than what is pictured for your purchase.

The books that were supposed to be included never came.

Does not pop up high enough.

Durable products should last more than 5 minutes!

didn't realize it was coming direct from China...and not a distro closer. The quality is horrid...hopefully they'll make it right

Delayed delivery, minimal communication, disappointment product quality.

Easy. Items came as described and the quality was great. Shipping did take a little longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. It keeps my kids occupied while learning how to hit correctly!
