Communication was extremely poor. I submitted a concern as the courier lost the package and couldn't locate it for 2 weeks and even delivered it to the wrong address, in this time, and after sending message to customer service I did not receive any response other than it being out for re-delivery when it wasn't. There seemed no effort for a human response at all.

I never got half of my order. The dugout package I didn’t receive. And the tee popper broke rather quickly and easily. And it’s almost impossible for 1 person to use. From the time you push down on the tee popper to the time it pops is way to fast. The hitter is way to rushed at it creates a rush swing path to hit. Wouldn’t recommend to use alone. Works better when you have a second person to push the tee popper down.
