I’ll give it a 3 stars for now because I am still waiting for actions to be taken on my issue. Photos and videos were submitted as requested, but so far still no resolution.

The machine is not sturdy. Makes a lot of noise and doesn't go very high. I would return it but it would cost me more money then its worth so now I'm stuck with it.

Would have been nice to get what was originally promised.

I tried to cancel my order when I realized that by order the item I was automatically signed up for a monthly subscription. I emailed the customer support team and never received a response. I was going to return the item, but the website stated that the company doesn’t offer refunds, only in store credit.

Horrible. The pop up tee worked for 15 minutes, super expensive, and was charged for a subscription that never knew how to use.

Have not heard from anyone regarding my refund.

Auto subscribing someone into a subscription service sold as an exclusive club without their prior knowledge is terrible. Companies like this should be banned.

Order #9441 Hello, I ordered this popper for the children and it only lasted a few uses before breaking. The durability is therefore very poor. The other issue is that you also charged me an additional amount of $57 without my authorization, on top of the $61.90 I paid for the popper. I am requesting a full refund for my purchase of $61.90 for the item that is already broken, as well as a refund of the unauthorized $57 charge on my credit card. I am waiting for your response as soon as possible.

The product arrived damaged and unsealed, I was supposed to receive a manual and six balls but I only received three. The mechanism does not recoil it does not function properly and it is not properly labeled with the company's logo or name and it is not what is advertised on the website

DO NOT BUY!! This company was suppose to send me the dugout book included in the price/package when i first bought the tee popper. They went ahead a week later and authorized $57 from my credit card without asking or notifiying me. Iv emailed 4 times now inquiring and no response. This is absolut BS and would never recommend this company. Still havent head from anyone. The tee popper only lasted 3 days and the plastic piece broke so had to throw it out.

Since the item is broken I dont have any trust with the company.

Took forever to get the product, came wrapped in packing tape like my 4yo packaged it, broke within 2 weeks.

This is a company that is very misleading in their advertisement very hard to get a hold of, and very difficult to get any support from.
