This item is a cheap knockoff of the original Tee Popper. I responded to an email from the company , which had clear instructions to “reply “ because the emails are actually read, but I received an email stating the address was not found. I then emailed support and have yet to hear back.

I ordered the tee popper and 6 extra balls. I only received the tee popper and 3 balls. Nothing else came that was guaranteed to arrive along with the whole kit. I've tried emailing the company twice to no response. I wouldn't suggest ordering if no one is going to respond nor fulfill the order properly.

Packaging was a discuter, box was not sealed so clearly it was a return that was sent even though i bought a brand new. I had to open the tee popper to fix the spring because it stopped working after 10 balls. And this morning i just realized you charged my credit card twice. Overall vers disappointed with my experience.
