I have emailed them several times and they will not respond. First, told them about the defective popper. Also, I told them I had ordered 2 poppers and I had not opened the 2nd one yet. I wanted to just return it because of the poor quality of the 1st one. Last, I said I wanted my subscription to The Dugout Club cancelled. I never got a response. I never heard back from them at all even though I sent at least 3 emails. The customer service is nonexistent.
