There were no updates on shipping, the item arrived one day and broke almost immediately.

I did not care for the quality of the products they provided.

Order never came. Yall took the money and ran.

Never received my free items

Shipping was long It looked like 2 separate shipments for the ball popper and balls than a second for the coach book and dug out, didnt get a separate tracking or the package. We played for 30 mins and sent multiple emails with no follow up.

Long shipping and arrived damaged

My first and last time buying from This company. I got a second charge from my card on an item I never received and didn’t order. It was offered with my tee popper.

Already explained about the sneaky subscription. But when I reached out to support, they were not at all useful and just sent generic template replies.

Scam central. Do not recommend.

I emailed customer service 3 times about a billing issue. All 3 times I received an automated response that my email was received and that I would get a response in 24-48hrs. I still haven't received any responses and it's been over a week now.

I have had a terrible experience with Kynvale. Slow response times and now because I purchased item more than 30 days ago, I have been written off and not able to get a new product or a refund. Bad job Kynvale. I am so upset with this product and my experience with your company.

Product broke within an hour. Also the fact that there's a subscription that makes it impossible to stop is atrocious. I have tried contacting and no contact back.

Junk product. Cheap tee. Only 3 balls arrive with the tee even though the picture shows 5. Absolute crap for the money!

I have been trying to reach customer service for over a month with no response. I received the ball popper, but never my Dugout Club access. I have now paid $57CAD for a product I have no access to.

Do not buy from this place. It’s a scam. They advertise a bunch of “free” items, but they’re not actually free. They sign you up for a hidden membership without clearly disclosing it, then charge you again the following month for the same amount. To make matters worse, it’s extremely difficult to figure out how to cancel the membership, and they don’t respond to emails or messages requesting support. Stay away from this company.

Not clear that the “free” dug out club that comes with your order has a hidden monthly subscription fee that is automatically charged to your credit card unless you cancel it
