I was very excited for my son to use this for practice. But we couldn't use it for practice because it didn't come with the Whipple ball. I've contacted and email for customer service and no reply...

The product is defective.

Total scam.

Popper broke first day. It was a gift and yet Kynvale is insisting on photos prior to helping me so I have to get it back!

Tee popper broke within the first week. Not a great product and misleading sales

The lack of customer service response is very concerning. The order came across as “foreign transaction”. I’ve had no reply after 3 weeks to my customer service request. I’ve even follow up to the email chain. Shockingly poor.

The subscription charge for a baseball item like this was shady.

Was vague on how many balls we’re coming, the picture looked like 6, I got 3. Said it was coming with coaching books and those never showed up and the tee popper broke

No problem with Kynvale, but it took forever to get here, then it was “undeliverable for 2 weeks in a row then we got the the 3rd week so it took 5 weeks to get to us after I ordered it.

Did not want the recurring fee under the dugout club didn’t know it was on there when I was charged asked for a refund did not receive one canceled. Will never use this website again.

I’ve tried to contact you numerous times over the last 3 weeks and no response. No ethics crap company

Product and intial shipping of the Pop Up tee was fine, but you added a subscription based resource and never advised me of this, then charged me and said it was my problem. As I looked on your site, I found zero information or the resources this Dug Out Club promises anywhere, nor have i received anything about these coaching drills, videos, etc. Dug Out Club is a complete scam.

I was signed up for a subscription service without my knowledge or permission

I sent a message to support for the item not working. I have not heard back from anyone.

The product is mediocre and they automatically sign you up for recurring payments.

Shopping experience was fine, product is terrible.

It broke after 2 uses.

No contact from customer service after sending email.

No communication regarding what "The Dugout Club" was or what the "benefits" were. No communication that I was being signed up for an automatic card charge on committing a one-time purchase. Once I reached out, it took them 2 weeks to respond to my email to tell me how to cancel it. The website has NO information about what the "benefits" of this subscription are. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would.

Customer care is very lacking

Product disappointing

I ordered the Tee Popper and extra Tee Balls. The product arrived in a box that was completely smashed, the extra Tee Balls were loose in a shipping bag, and the Popper looks like a knock off. The Coaching Playbook and Dug Out Club were free add-ons to my purchase. I never received any materials for these and it was not at all clear that the "DOC" is a paid subscription. Customer Service has not been helpful and are not honoring my request for a refund on the subscription I was charged.

The tee popper broke within 5 minutes and I am having a hard time returning/getting a refund. Then, they charged my credit card a SECOND TIME for more money than the original order a month later. I have yet to receive a response or explanation as to why they did this or what they will do to fix it. Big scam.

The tee popper and the blue balls are truly amazing. The overall experience was misleading however. We were led to believe a coaching playbook and a dugout club membership would be included for free. We never received the playbook and after checking my credit card statement, it would appear the dugout club membership is a recurring monthly charge. We love the tee popper, my son is six, he uses it every day. I get a lot of joy from watching him, but ultimately am torn about the experience.

I didnt get any coaches book in my order and I got a renewal for dugout club before I even opened the package. I just wanted the ball popper all these hidden subscriptions are not cool. Also my order came in a bag with a squished box and just 2 extra balls on the outside of the box rolling free and the rest jammed inside. May e someone opened and tampered with my order? The batting tee itself seems to be good.
