I found customer service not very helpful. I told them I could take pictures and videos of it not working and if I did that, could they send me a new one and then I would send the old one back but no they wanted the old one first before they sent me a new one, and them summer will pretty much be over.

As long as you realize this is a subscription BEFORE ordering, it is very easy to pause or cancel the subscription so you don't end up getting auto-order for multiples.

The items I purchased lives up to its expectations only problem is the scam subscription your unaware of you signed up for but don’t actually get anything other than an extra cost you can’t dispute.

Misleading subscription practices, an unexpected charge, and a defective product that failed immediately. I am extremely dissatisfied and have completely lost trust in your company.

Site should be shut down, they do not want to refund money. Super waste of money.

Site froze which caused a duplicate order … immediately emailed support - they responded saying it can’t be cancelled - yet they claim to have a 60 day guarantee how stupid- also this thing is made of shitty cheap plastic my 5yo used it for maybe an hour before he caught it on a swing and it stopped working

Tee doesn’t work after one day and contact with support has gotten me no where. They haven’t replied to my email.

Poor communication, Charged me for a subscription I did not sign up for, and support won't answer.

I tried to cancel my order the day I ordered it and received an auto generated response that I would receive a reply within a few business days and never did. And never received a cancellation.

Used a couple times and broke. Balls are better than the popper. Not happy and feel something should be done for spending the price I paid for it.

They responded promptly when I started asking for a refund/return. Now they have stopped all communication and will not respond to my email. So much for the money back guarantee.

Beware of Kynvale charging your card monthly.... buy a tee popper anywhere else than on Kynvale

The product broke during the second use…and, I also felt scammed by an add-on for an ongoing $40/month “subscription”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
