I didn’t receive part of my order and was apparently signed up for the dugout club without realizing it’s a monthly subscription. I’ve submitted multiple requests to the help centre and have received no response. Terrible customer service

Same as previous! My son loved his but broke a few days later. Can't be fixed. No warranty. Got a refund which was kind but I got charged for the dugout club which I had no idea I had to unsubscribe from and that there was a monthly fee. I would love to put this all behind me with the 40% refund i was told would come but I haven't heard a thing.

I had a subscription added that I did not add or agree to. Then it was not refunded. Be careful!

Disappointed with the popper. It doesnt pop them high enough for my pre teen. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They sold me a product that broke instantly and instead of sending me a new one which is what I wanted. They just sent me 30% my money back as though they knew that it would break again. I would not buy it.

The tee popper is cheap and broke after about a week. Customer service is borderline non-existent. They don’t have a phone number to call and took a week to respond to multiple emails.

Charged my cart without asking the second time. Product did not even last 2 full weeks.

They provide a trail membership but charge your credit card before the trail can be cancelled. Then they don’t reply to any contact attempts for several weeks.

The product is not durable. It stopped popping up in the first 2 weeks.

Shipment didn't come as quickly as I thought it would.
