Terrible customer service… no number to call the company and they do not respond to emails!

False advertising.

Very cheap, broke after the first 10-15 uses. Be sure to cancel the “Dugout Club”. It’ll automatically charge you every month $40.00. No email or anything to remind you that they are taking $40.00. The dugout club itself seems useless and not even worth $1 a month.

like I said, the product didn't work straight out of the box and I have still not received my order fully

No coaching book and stuck with a subscription charge for nothing

Unprofessional, very hard to find contact details, presumption of ongoing interest. Purchased one product which only last three days before it broke. Box it came in was damaged. Also they continue to take money out of my account every month without my agreement to do so.

The first ball popper wasn’t even labeled a ball popper. Then it broke shortly after, and now I see you are charging my card monthly for a subscription that that was never clearly indicated.

Took a long time to get here and then it stopped working almost immediately

Product was not great and then there was hidden costs that were taken from my bank account without my approval.

The popper doesn’t go high enough. I was billed for a subscription I didn't ever receive directions on how to access then billed again for another month for something I never had to begin with. The whole thing is kinda a scam.

Only received the tee and balls.

The box was damaged in shipping, the product is not what was pictured and I was signed up for a subscription that I did not approve. Scam!

No sure how to return the item.

They do not reply to emails or messages. There is no phone number to contact them ! BUYER BEWARE

Not upfront. Product was not at the standard I had expected or hoped. Disappointed.

Dissatisfied

I do not like getting hit with a subscription I didn’t sign up for. Purchased a tee popper and a few tee balls for 29.99, and later get hit by an extra $40 for a few emails I later found out that it’s a subscription based dugout club fee. Totally not worth it, and it is a bad business practice. This company makes unsubscribing difficult also. Watch out if you consider buying from this company.

Read the last comments. Shady subscription scam and the tee popper I received isn’t the same as advertised, but you already know that I’m sure.

Shopping was fine. Being surprised by a cancellation to the dugout club is so annoying.

Shopping experience was fine but the product broke after a few days of minimal use. Popping mechanism broke so it’s now useless

I order med the tee popper and there was a special that it came with extra balls. I did not receive the extra balls and have sent multiple emails to customer service. Still have not heard back.

I didn't try to do anything with this company. The part that broke is plastic that can't possibly sustain long term use. A tiny plastic base where a three inch plastic rod that will have the compressed spring sit around it will eventually break after a few uses. If it were metal it would have been much better and than they could have make a superior product to all the other handful of companies that advertise this stuff on Facebook.
