Shopping was good even though I had hard time finding items I Loved in my size. But hopefully that would change in the future and your stock will be abundant. There was some miscommunication about some fees because of the countries import laws. But customer service explained their side of the transaction. I ll just be more aware about the prices in the future when shopping with Kaftan Elegance.

The shipping didn’t take that long👏🏻

I never got the Kaftan it took over a month. And even after cancelation, They cancel the refund through the bank. Bad communication. Awful experience.

Very disappointed. I ordered two expensive kaftans and paid for international shipping and customs. The sizing was inaccurate — I ordered Medium, but it fits like XS. I only asked for a return label to exchange for the correct size, but no one helped or offered a solution. Now I’m expected to pay around $200 again for shipping plus customs, which is unfair. Poor customer service and no responsibility for their sizing issues.

I had to go to the airport and wait for over an hour, only to be asked for extra payments. I highly suggest switching to a more professional carrier like DHL to match the high quality of your pieces."

Says shipping within 3 days express shipping when I was placing my order then didn’t happen I had to chase them down to ship my order after a week and it arrived late so didn’t use it for my occasion poor quality and shipping delays

The sizing is inaccurate. Despite having the same height and weight as the model and choosing a medium, the item fits significantly wider and oversized on me.

You got 2 of my mails and I send everything to you also via your online form, by now you should know that I lost money because of your dishonesty. Atleast be decent humans and admit your mistakes.
