I’m quite disappointed with my experience. I had to pay unexpected import duties, which were not clearly communicated in advance. After a lot of back-and-forth emailing, I finally received my order, but unfortunately the jelabba was not exactly as shown in the pictures. Although customer service did eventually offer a solution, the whole process felt very slow and frustrating. Overall, the experience was much more difficult than it should have been.
