Since I had this hose since April QVC would not take it back even though I did not need to water my lawn before then. I called Bernini and they were excellent. They exchanged a different hose that works on the sprinkler for me. Unfortunately, it was only 50 feet long not the 75 that I needed so that sort of worthless also but it is a very nice hose.
