Shopping was so easy. I got a text to buy b4 anyone else & I got the 2 XL eyeshadow palletes!! I also got a free BAD B×tch gloss set. When I finally received my order I was extremely excited!! I have all the stuff from a Christmas purchase but this was a purchase for me. To then turn around & give my own pallets away to a women's shelter is what I love to do. Thank you for the gorgeous pallets, this will help me donate more of my own makeup just bc of all the shades it offers!! Truly exciting!

I have been getting the budget box for years from the UK, paying the extra shipping and taxes. I was afraid to change. I thought the USA box might be different. I looked and both were the same so I switched with your help, I discontinued the subscription from UK. I signed up in the USA and I didn't even miss a month or receive the same month. I was actually getting boxes a month behind I think from the UK. I'm saving so much from the switch. 10/10

The online shopping experience is ok. It ships in a reasonable amount of time, but is slow and can be difficult to track. I recently got an outer box that was dented in. It contained an eyeshadow palette and was not well cushioned inside to go through a rough travel experience. The brown paper ribbon was only on one side when it should be on both sides. I was lucky it wasn't damaged. I wish the US had everything the UK does as I have to order there too. Improve packaging and US offerings please.
