When I saw the creative comeback palette on Instagram, for the first time, I immediately went to the website and it was already sold out, I signed up for notifications and a couple months later when I received a text from P Louise saying that pre-orders were now available again for the palette I had to add it to my cart immediately! If it weren’t for the text notifications from your company. I probably wouldn’t have had the opportunity to purchase my favorite eyeshadow palette!

I ordered with you all almost two weeks ago and my order was delivered to the wrong place with no notification or update from you all on Shopify or the direct website nothing to email at all. 10/10 for shipping speed, packaging, and order accuracy. My orders always ship within a day, I have not received any damaged or opened items, and my order is always packaged well. Great value for the price of the products. The unique packaging adds to the fun of using the deliciously scented/flavored products. I wish I would have started buying P-Louise products sooner!
