Shipping very frustrating. This order included a pre-order item. It wasn't clear that bc of that item, it would cause the entire order to be delayed in shipment. What was even more frustrating is in the end the order ended up being broken up into 2 shipments. also was frustrating bc I was only given 1 tracking number so when only 1 product arrived after being told everything would ship together I panicked a bit and when I reached out requesting the other tracking info, it was never given

The way that I pre ordered it an I hate to say it but how the shipping went it wasn’t okay I’m glad my pallet didn’t get messed up because I wanted to save the plouise box but couldn’t cuz it got torn up badly an I got pics to prove it an the wait was gut wrenching because I wasn’t sure if it was going to show up at all waited four weeks an even though all that was the negative of it all I am very happy an pleased that I had spent my money on something that was well money spent on! I am in love
