I am very disappointed actually I waited a long time to purchase this for an upcoming trip to Scotland for two weeks One weekend, the same let go in the back piece that connected the bag to my carry-on. This is meant to be a check in bag! Turkish airlines refused to check it in as too big, this led to me carrying a bag and checking in this bag which was very unfortunate. If you are advertising that this is a check in bag why do airlines refuse to check it in! I had an 18 hour flying schedule.

This morning was charged +/- $200 for an item I never ordered which was included in the order, having no intention to pay for, as I already own trackers. Contacted Nobl today advising to provide details where to return the item, as it is still in the original packaging, not activate and will be disputing charges . So far, by end of day, they’ve not contacted me and I will not let it go !!! Very upset with their “crooked “ way of doing business!!!

Was sent the wrong item - has been promised an exchange label to get the correct bag - never came, and my trip has since come and gone, so now I do t need an exchange but a return label. Regardless of how many agents I have spoke with claiming I will receive one - it’s never came. I’ve followed up for almost 4 weeks with the same run around. Plus my credit card was attempted an additional $195 charge - total scam! And still waiting!
