I had a great experience with my shoes. My first pair was a little bit small and then I exchanged them for an a half of size bigger. The exchange was smooth and easy I even had not expected. I just left the box on my porch at scheduled day and it was picked up by the courier. The only thing I want to note - the color of my new bigger shoes feels a little bit more like mocha not brown. Maybe I forgot the real color between exchanges but the first one looked more warm brown.

Love, love these boot, but exchanged it for a smaller size. I am between an 8 1/2 and 9 and I originally ordered the size 40 (9-10) not knowing for the first time ordering if they would be made too narrow or made slightly smaller all around. I was wrong and they were too big and my heel was riding up as I walked. So now I know with this brand, the 8 1/2 (39) will be good for me for my subsequent orders. Also, Inquiring by email to customer service about the exchange procedure was great too.

Love this shoes!!..I us usually wear 8 1/2 and had to return it because it felt a bit big, but I think it’s because the soft leather..so I would size down 1/2 size. The exchange went pretty well. They don’t answer the phone but the email communication went very smooth and customer service was very helpful. The shoes are super comfortable and chick. I love how they look with jeans. I will be definitely getting them in brown.

This is a beautiful pair of shoes. They are soft genuine leather and so comfortable. It’s hard to find true leather shoes anymore. I prefer leather because they mold to the form of my feet and so much more comfortable. I’m a 6.5 and since there was no half sizes it was reccomended to go up. I ordered a 7 and it’s perfect!! Very nice shoes — I truly love them! Just wanted to share a few thoughts:
First, I usually wear a US 9, but it ran large, so I reordered a size 8, which feels a bit tight. I’d suggest not going down a full size — maybe just half.
Second, the color appears slightly different in real life than in the photos.
And lastly, if you have narrow feet, the fit might feel a bit wide.
