So far my experience has been pretty uneventful, it works just like it is advertised, it fits over both sizes of jars, and I have stored more stuff in my mason jars than I ever thought I would. It has made my pantry a lot less cluttered and I know what is being stored cause I can visually see everything through the jars. It’s a great product and if this one ever goes out, I will definitely get another one and I have recommended to my friends and family this product because it works.

I was a little hesitant at first, so I sealed some garden cherry tomatoes in one jar and some store bought tortilla chips in another. I sealed them on the 9th of Oct. The tomatoes lasted longer than normal but I didn’t check them soon enough. I just opened the sealed tortilla chips and they still tasted as fresh as when I bought them!! I’m impressed!! I’m anxious to start storing more items. Thank you for a great product!! I’m already telling my friends about it!

I went out and bought a dozen of ball jars, they didn’t have mason. The lids also work just as well. I am storing my fruit and vegetables in the jars. We are getting rid of all plastic containers. I did have one jar of steamed broccoli taste funny. They may have fermented. I am planning on doing more as I learn how to use the Mason Jar sealer.

Although there was a discrepancy in my order, the custom e r service agent handled it to my satisfaction. That aside, the Mason Genie works beautifully and as advertised. Because of the fabulous customer service - I ordered one for my niece for Christmas. Buying a product is about quality but more importantly is the customer service when things go wrong. My cabinets when from chaos to calming because of the Mason Genie! I can now see what I have and how much. It’s great! And this was a test…I’ll be moving to Hawaii soon, and it’s very humid there. Keeping dry goods dry and fresh is very hard because humidity seeps into everything there. But with a Mason Genie, and the airtight seal it creates, I know my pantry will stay fresh and usable when I move!

I purchased the Mason Genie first and really like it. I like it so much I bought one for each of my daughters I have a regular vacuum which I use a lot. I saw that you had a handheld sealer so I got one of those. It has for the most part replaced my large sealer. I like it because I can open the bag, take out what I need and reseal it. Again I liked it so much I got one for both my daughters.

I have really enjoyed the Mason genie! I have always used Mason jars to store food but this kicked it up to a whole new level! I store all my pantry items in Mason jars and it is so nice to have soft brown sugar! When I make a big batch of soup I freeze it in serving sizes and sealing the lid with the Mason genie makes it extra fresh after thawing then heating. I bought 2 more for my mom and sister in law!
