Great product so far! I’ll already saved some jingle on raspberries - they always turned moldy; even if I gave them a good rinse and dry after bringing them home from the grocery store. But the mason genie has kept them fresh and firm for over a week! My mom has one, too. She is using a ring to keep the jar sealed better in the fridge. I haven’t used a ring, and haven’t had any trouble yet!

It works fine. I have had some sealing problems but it might be the jar. I tried several lids and washed the opening but it wouldn't seal. But sealed many more after that. Just got it so I'm not sure long term but seems to seal great.

This Genie works great. Only takes a minute to seal the mason jar and removing the seal with the supplied tool is a breeze. I'm now sealing all our berries, coffee and only just starting to explore it's potential. I even sealed mini cucumbers in the wide mouth jars. I have found the wide mouth 32oz jars work best for us.

I used a gallon canning jar....it has been great....and also I purchase shreaded brocklie salad to add to the greens, and used a quart for that.
