I have become a Mason Genie Maniac! Parsley is more than a week old. Bay leaves, nuts, peppers, grated cheese. Going to give celery a jar tomorrow. My only disappointment is that it is hard for ME to remove the Genie after it seals.(Thanks arthritis..). A great tip is to put an additional lid on your closed jar as a shield during opening.

I really like the product! I have used it many times already. It’s easy to use and my only problem is finding enough mason jars because I want to use it for everything. I only had one problem and it was my fault. I was sealing a jar of sugar, and I got sugar on the rim so it didn’t seal. But once I cleaned it, it sealed great!
