All arrived well with heat pack for the cold temperatures. Great communication and fast shipping. Will buy from this seller again! Shrimp were larger, "more mature" than expected and far better than from other suppliers.

What I can say that they amazing, lovely and beautifully koi betta female and me and my friends love it, they on time with they promise would buy some again in nearly future, to these work with these beautiful koi betta make sure they arrived good and healthy. And the most importance is they are super friendly with each other.

I ordered multiple aquatic plants that all arrived in great shape, and ready for planting. They were well packaged and arrived very quickly. They were a great addition to my 30 gallon acrylic corner tank and make it very natural looking. Live plants add so much to the health and beauty of any aquarium.

Tropicflow has done it again!!! I only ordered 5 got 6. They are all very active and healthy looking. They are top quality looking shrimp. This my 5th shrimp order and like always a wonderful job shipping and packaging!!

I ordered 3 monstera albo plant, and they came in green lush no yellowing already starting to get runners little yellowing on one plant but the rest are in good condition. Probably operator error on that one. Excellent product highly recommended.

He was little stress on the first day which he was lay down in the bottom of the tank and very shy. After 2,3 days, he was swimming around and explore the tank. Thank Tropicflow for great betta fish!

Came in at breeding age, balanced mix of male/female, lovely red coloration and clear/bluish midsections. Also, they're really cute and beautiful and bring something a little different to the planted tank look.

Second time buying shrimp from this seller and they are always alive, nice color and a few extra! Do be warned of lots of duckweed if you don't want that, but I siphon it all out while I'm drip acclimating.

My Koi Red Galaxy Plakat has more personality than my last roommate. This little dude is a nosy explorer, checking out every nook and cranny. It's like having an underwater detective.

Arrived healthy. Settled into his new surroundings. He loves to lay on the grass I have at one end of the tank. Beautiful platinum color.

They told me it is the most exotic betta fish, at first I didn't see any specials on him but when I light him up and OMG he is fireeeeeee.

All 3 snails were pea sized, I think there was a 4th one so small I couldnt tell so put it in the tank anyway lol. All good, just expected not all to be so small.

All came alive and all survived! Going onto two months of them being in my aquarium and this girl have grown as big as she can, she ate alot! Highly recommended!

I was really hoping they would come alive. And thankfully thanks to there awesome packaging system the did. Yes we’re they a little bit skinny and skittish yes but they also spent some time in transit. Will totally but more fish from them in the future. (Sorry about the pictures they don’t do them Justice)

Just want a halfmoon betta fish my 10 gallon tank, I did not expect that much but they send me a really pretty one like multicolor halfmoon betta. What a supprise!

They packed my shrimps very well. 0 DOA as well. I never had a vendor send me shrimps without DOA. They are the best you can ever find on this trade.

My dad is love fish and it is a gift for them, when I share this ideas to the staff, they was surprise that they don't want my dad have bad experience if the fish arrive decrease. But they did really good job, but I don't recommend that you should do that.

Very special plakat betta, he change color all the time, more blue I think, and he start making a bubble nest by himself, I think he is ready to breed. I will buy another girl for him!
