Very lightweight, it's a soft, cool, simple design! These shoes feel so comfortable while working out. I don't use it for vigorous movements. Anyhow, get half a size larger to allow the big toe to move. Let's face it, most shoes cause hammer toes and squeeze the toes together. We don't need that. Just follow the recommendation above; you and your feet will be happy.

They came in at a reasonable amount of time, was hoping they had a box but other than that they were super light wight and really comfortable. And I mean super comfortable were I have a bad nerve under my left foot that is always bothering me but didn't bother me to bad when wearing these shoes, so all in all I love them and will be ordering more.
