The experience with the merchant shipping was horrendous. It took over a month, and there were numerous false delivery claims/updates by the merchant shipping courier. However, the shoe is lightweight, soft and comfortable. We had to put spacers to reform the shape of the shoes due to the plastic bag and no backing material. We like the shoes but the vendor will not earn future business from us.
