2nd time attempting due to broke seams on the first cover. The leather used feels decent and it does feel better than the factory leather did. Small fitment issues around the lower spokes I found it went better if I skipped a seam on the stretched side and it helped it form up. still had a very small gap in a few spots. Overall, this cover is pretty darn good. The leather feels like it's quality stuff.. Ford OE wishes it is as nice of quality. Once you figure out how to start the threading it's pretty simple. I had a small hiccup with tracking the order, but was resolved promptly. Pretty awesome customer service, IMHO. The OEM leather was delaminating on my RAV4. The new leather cover looks great, but I ended up redoing the top part because the number of stitching on the back of the cover did not match the front, so the seam did not line up if you start at the first stitch of each side. The right front side had three more than the back. It looks a little funky on the right side, but it's not so visible. I should have counted the stitches before I started. I love the look, feel, and fitment of what you see, however on the STX wheel there is no place to tuck material on the backside of the wheel. A nice finished edge with stitching would have been how I would have completed this cover. I guess you could always use some of the double stick tape and fold a finished edge on the backside of the controls or if your feeling adventurous, cut a line and tuck the material in that. Your instructions could use some work. I have never picked up a sewing needle before and the video was way to fast with bad camera angles. I had to google how to tie the knots and watch other people install these. Not that big of a deal but figure it might be a better experience if everything was better on your end.
