The laser engraving on the tumblers is very nice. Looks very sharp and clear. The tumblers themselves are also very nice. This is quite a deal for six well done tumblers. Kudos on the laser engraving quality. The only minor issue is the tumbler caps. I’m being very picky here - They are fine but the slider cover is not that great and tends to slide when tipping the cup while drinking. I would love to see this exact tumbler with a twist on cap like the brand Kinto.

While the product was solid, the delivery time and customer service were quite lacking.
We like our tumblers. The quality is good and the logo looks great. This would be a 5⭐️ rating if it weren't for the VERY long delivery time without any updates or info about the extended length of time. I almost cancelled the order altogether.
