The pork tenderloin was a great size, easy to cook and super tender. It made it into the weekday rotation.

I have used other local farm and meat box delivery companies, and I have to share that the chicken from Northern Raised was much fresher and tasted better!

The taste and texture were excellent. We used it in one of our standard recipes, and the result was tastier than ever. We will be ordering more going forward.

Great portions, each piece vacuum sealed, and nicely cleaned. Have enjoyed many dishes and very happy that it does not have that supermarket strong chicken smell.

The grass fed ground beef was delicious - made hamburgers. Haven't tried the rest of the order yet! But I will comment and give a rating when I do :-)

I was wondering how i am able to tell that the ground beef we received is Extra lean. It may be my own lack of knowledge but the beef did not look lean.

Quality is good but I wish the chicken was actually in strips. The chicken is in odd sized and chunks and not sliced through. So still requiring to cut into strips on my own

I breaded the cod and baked it. It took longer than expected because the pieces are very thick. The flavour was mild and it flaked nicely and wasn’t dry.

The beef was tender, juicy and delicious, even when done in the oven! My only critique would be they should be 6oz instead of 4 so that I could enjoy more of it at one sitting!

So far so good ground beef , chicken breast were great , the cod was good only one fry so far. the chicken and beef i notice are not full of water and much tastier.
